Full intelligent multi-level BMS protection system
Built-in BI5132A-DTU integrated BMS management module, which monitors single cell voltage, total voltage, output current and cell temperature in real time all the time. It sets 3 grades of fault early warning mechanisms for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, temperature imbalance and insulation abnormality, automatically adjusting charging and discharging strategies to protect the battery and vehicle circuit. Multiple CAN communication interfaces support data interconnection with vehicle controllers, on-board displays and special chargers, realizing real-time data viewing of SOC, temperature and remaining power.
Intelligent constant temperature control system
6 built-in 10K/B3435 NTC temperature sensors evenly distributed inside the pack to capture temperature changes of each area in real time. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, the built-in heating module automatically starts to preheat the cells to ensure normal discharge power; during high-temperature charging, the cooling fan will automatically turn on to dissipate heat, controlling the working temperature within the optimal range of 0~55℃ all year round.
Excellent thermal safety of LFP material
Different from ternary lithium products, lithium iron phosphate material has extremely stable chemical properties, no risk of thermal runaway even under abnormal working conditions, greatly improving the safety of daily operation of equipment. The whole product complies with RoHS environmental protection standards, no harmful substances, meets the export inspection requirements of most countries and regions around the world.
Standardized storage performance for overseas stock preparation
